Cultural
As an active contributor to the communities around us, we also take pride in our culture and ensure that the RSSC is represented in all cultural activities and ceremonies of Eswatini. The Cultural events are responsibilities under the Corporate Social Investment office and all cultural roles within the cultural and community spheres are led by the Head Indvuna.
As a corporate citizen in the country, the company established regiments which include employees and the members of the community. These regiments are;
Lutsango
Lutsango is a regiment for women who join other regiments at royal events such as Umhlanga waboMake emaganu, which is the celebration of the marula season in the country and more.
Tintfombi
Tintfombi are maidens who take part in the Umhlanga Reed Dance Ceremony
Emajaha
Emajaha attend the Incwala Ceremony, kuhlakula, kuvuna and kubhula at the Royal fields.
Other than attending in Royal activities, the company hosts an annual cultural event for employees and their dependants to celebrate and appreciate the Swazi culture as Emaswati. This is done to showcase to the younger generation indigenous food, traditional attire as well as traditional lodging quarters and much more.
