In 2006, RSSC
initiated a process - which involved a cross section
of employees and all key stakeholders - to craft and produce the Group's
Launch
The Vision, Mission and Value Statements
were officially launched at a public ceremony held on the 17th September
2007.
Speaking at the launch, the Managing Director, John du Plessis,
reiterated that the Values being unveiled were -

what RSSC wanted to be identified by, going forward;
-
what will guide our behaviour towards each other, with our suppliers
and other stakeholders;

what will guide how we treat our environment; and
-
what will give us direction in the performance of our duties and the
delivery on deadlines and commitments.
